2019 Camp Refresh: End of Phase 1
If you didn't see the "before" photos of our camp project, you can find them in this post . If you did, you may recall the clutter and inefficient use of space that was a cramped reminder of another generation's camp ideal. Those pictures, by the way, were only the half of it! I couldn't find the ones that showed the ancient and crumbling green rug, my grandmother's (god rest her soul) hoarder tendencies, and no picture could convey the musty smell that the camp had no matter how much you aired it out. (hint, that gross disintegrating rug held 30+ years worth of smells and dampness...) I'll do another post with just pictures of Phase 1's renovation process. For this post though, I present the result of 10 weekends worth of hard work and the end of Phase 1.
